How to Lose My Gut FastHave you ever looked around at the beach and noticed how many guys have fat guts? It is pretty ridiculous considering our biggest drive is our sex drive. You would think we would all be in tip top shape so we could fulfill that drive as often as we wanted but that is not the case, have you ever wondered why not all men want to know how to lose their gut fast?

Top Two Reasons we don't lose our gut

1) Time - Who has time to go to the gym and who really wants to go compete with all those muscle bound guys?

2) Knowledge - Most people really don't know how to lose the gut without turning into a rabbit and what guy would be out with his buddies and order a salad?? Lets face it your buddies would rag you down to the ground!

The time thing is easy all you have to do is go for a walk for 45 minutes 3 times a week that's all. You can join a gym and try going an hour a night to look like Arnold but how long is that really going to last? If you eat right and walk 45 minutes 3 times a week you will lose your gut fast I promise!

The biggest problem is the knowledge: Most men don't know how to live a normal life and lose their gut at the same time. Like I said before are you really going to go watch the game with your buddies and order a glass of red wine and a salad? They'll think it is your coming out party! What if I tell you there is a way for you to eat whatever and still lose? Well there is!

I got a program last year that installed on my computer and I plugged in what kinds of food I liked, how much I wanted to lose etc.. And this program wrote out a diet plan for me to eat like 5 meals a day so I was never hungry. It even printed out a shopping list and gave me new ideas for food to eat, it rocked. I lost my stomach in a matter of months and I still use the program because it is so easy.

I wouldn't advise buying a gym membership to an exclusive gym community just yet because there are more important things to do first.

Trading in your old eating and drinking patterns for something a little more conducive to losing weight would be the first thing anybody worth their weight in gold in the fitness industry would recommend.

Get rid of soda, cookies, sweets, cakes, pies and all that sort of trash.

Instead start with salads, sandwiches, rolls, fruit, vegetables etc.

Then start going for a walk/jog/run once a day, depending on your current fitness levels. Don't cheat yourself here and go for a walk even though you only need to lose a few lbs. You know what you are capable of, and if you find walking around your house a challenge, then obviously you need to start with walking first.

Make sure you do a little bit of exercise each day during the week, and if you are really committed, then head out on a Saturday or Sunday too.

Realize It's A Process
Whether you've got 2 pounds or 200 pounds to lose, it's not all coming off right now. I don't know how many times I scarfed down half a pizza just because I "loved food too much to stay on this diet." Losing weight is about doing a lot of little things right, and doing them consistently over a long period of time. That's important to remember every single time you feel like skipping just this one workout.

Make Small Changes
Losing weight is not a cakewalk (haha). If you're used to hamburgers and french fries, then switching over to chicken breast and salad is not going to be easy. Fortunately, if you've taken my advice above, you'll realize it's a process. Maybe you can start adding more lettuce and backing off on the ketchup and mayo a little bit. You could start using whole grain buns and going with a baked potato instead of fries. These small changes will gradually build into big changes in your diet and exercise and one big change to your gut.

Have A Workout Buddy And A Diet Buddy
You're a man. If you're not getting knocked outside your comfort zone and batted around every once in a while, then you're not going to grow. Change is uncomfortable, and losing weight requires a lot of change. Change to your diet. Change to your workouts. Change to your life. And eventually, change to your belly fat. It's a ton easier to get through all this with a buddy. You can talk about how hard that last workout was, how much you want a bag of barbecue chips right now, or how hot the new personal trainer is at the gym. Having someone to shove you in the right direction makes all the difference.

Education Is Vital
